I have absolutely no idea what happened. One moment I was working on furnishing rooms for my new nobles, the next I got the message that she had canceled drinking to seek an infant, and that she had died. She has a spattering of blood under her, and a spattering of blood one tile to the north west. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity that could have killed her. I saved right after she died, so I can upload that if need be.
