View Historic battles and wars.

It would be nice if we could see the battles ocorrung,the landscape,cllimate and other stuff or even be able to see a army/civilization progress in a certain war.(like those war documentaries with all those frontline maps and this kind stuff)

what do you think?

you mean like going through the legends page, and being able to watch all the wars take place? That could be pretty cool.

It's planned for future release. Toady says it's going to be kind of like what you see on civil war documentaries on the history channel, with all the arrows showing advancement and such.

That is, Toady has said during a DFTalk that it is a goal for the army arc.

Which is very good news, because it has a much greater chance of being implemented than if it was just another suggestion on this board.
