I am building a moat. I have the miner carve a down ramp on the outside part of the moat to dig an underground tunnel to the water source.  I designate the ramp and unpause, then a moment later remembered that I can designate the tunnel to be dug without having to wait for the ramp to be built so I go back to designate the tunnel.

The tunnel is being dug right next to the ramp and I see the ramp flashing yellow telling me that a miner is on his way to dig it.  I start designating the tunnel then suddenly out of nowhere and with an empty announcements log I get "Kost Amecaspa, Miner cancels Carve Ramp:Getting something to drink."  And the ramp is no longer flashing yellow.  This was while paused and before pausing there were no new messages.

The game is modded but I assume that it isn't related to modding. No utilities were used.(I don't even have any installed on this computer)

Unfortunately, I would only have a save from after it happened because it was pretty early in, and so far I have been unable to reproduce it. But I am positive it happened.  The ramp tile was still within view when it stopped blinking.  If it helps anything I have two miners, they were both idle when the ramp was first designated, and about 15 tiles from the ramp.

This has been reported.  Designating mining squares while paused causes lots of things to happen:  parties continue, dwarves gain experience, etc.
