These are definitely partially collective (and arguably wholly collective when you start wondering where exactly inside the wall your ownership ends, the condo association's begins, and the neighbor's starts and who is responsible for the damage for the leaking plumbing). Massive problems. Just... so massive. Without the slightest exaggeration, I could write a book, but I don't hate anyone enough to have them suffer through it.
