Fish extracts

Like cleaning used to be, Extract from Raw Fish tasks never get taken, presumably due to an extremely low priority.

well if you ahvent captured any moghoppers, its not going to happen regardless of priority :P

I've seen a Extract from Raw Fish get cancelled, so it can't be all that bad. In case of an emergency, just put a Prepare Raw Fish in front and any fish cleaner/dissector will go on with the next job in the queue.
