I have never been a GM before, but i wanted to give it a try with a pixel game. Tell me what you think, and come with suggestions.

I will start when all pixels are claimed.

There are 4 stats:
MP(move points) How many pixels you can move.
AP(Action Points) How many actions you can do. (gathering 1 dirt=1 AP, placing 1 block = 1 AP)
HP(Health Points) How much life you have, when it goes down to 0 you die.(You start with 10 and get 2 more per point invested)
MaP(Magic Points) How much magic you can use.

Each pixel start with 2 extra points in addition to 3 starter. To be freely added to any stat except for MaP. (you will need special items to get magic.)
Each turn you get 1 more point. In addition to anything you got that turn.
Each night there will be monsters, and some random monsters at day, which will be weaker than night monsters.
3 turns then night then 3 turns and day.
Fighting is determined by HP and AP(sometimes MaP)
More AP = more attack.
More HP = more defense.

You will need to consume 1 pixel each day or loose 2 HP per turn.
HP will regenerate 1HP per turn or more if you heal your wounds and/or rest.

MaP=0

Stone sword(AP + 2 while in combat)

John looses 6 HP
Random monster looses 7 HP
Random monster is dead.
John looted leather vest, and wood spear.

Grass=1 AP may give plants(1 in 10) and seeds(1 in 15)

Wood=3 AP
Leaves=1 AP
