Well, I guess it was an Occam's Razor Mafia after all: the simplest explanation (that this was pretty much a normal game) was the correct one.
You are Amanda Black, the lonely traveller.
You are a traveller of the road, taking with you only what you can in your horse drawn caravan. You don't often take company, and have not spoken with your mother for several years, while your father passed away when you were very young. You once had a fiance, but he was killed the night before your wedding by a man known Simon Heed. When you found about about your lovers death, you left your home of Trollshire to wander the world, looking for solace. He's death broke your heart, and drew you away from everyone else you loved in Trollshire. Since then you have lived the life of a rogue, wandering from town to town meaninglessly.
On the road between the large city of April and the small town of Woodfell, you found a man carrying a large pack on he's back, hunching over from the weight of he's possessions. Out of sympathy for the man, you offered a place on your caravan, and some of your food, in exchange for he's conversation. The man gratefully accepted, and you both travelled the rest of the distance to Woodfell together, talking, smiling, and sometimes laughing. It was nice to be in the company of another for a change, and you began to miss the days before you left Trollshire. Talking with the man, you found out that he's name is Jeffrey Oakseed, and he is a wine merchant who has recently had the misfortune of he's horse dying to illness, leaving him to travel by foot. He's pack was full of bottles of rich, flavoursome wine, and despite he's bad fortune, he was willing to share he's wares with you, and you both drank to pass the time.
You began to feel sad as you pulled into Woodfell, and headed towards to local inn so that your guest may find a room to sleep in. You, however, stayed in your caravan just out of town for night. Living on the road you can not afford the luxury of a room. Still, this has become the life you lead, blown by the winds to what ever place you can find.
The following morning as you tried to leave on the road going east, you were stopped by some armed guards. They were well armed, and some of them seemed to carry strange totems. They forbid you from leaving the town, and told you to turn around or face the penalty of death.
As you return to town, you hear bells ringing out, and some people shouting.
What happens here isn't of your concern. You aren’t one of these people, you aren’t one of any people. When the time comes, you will move on and forget this town. Just survive until that day comes, and you can continue on.
Powers
-Hide [One shot][Night ability]: You have long learnt how to survive off the land for a day at least, and could easily hide in the forests surrounding Woodfell for a day is things become too chaotic. Though with those guards about, perhaps it would be risky to spend more than a single day away from town.
Never got to use my one shot...
