This is rather minor, and used mostly for modding.

The state of the nervous system does not update properly if a part of it is removed via wrestling, without causing damage. For example, you can tear a brain out of someone's head, and they won't die (though they will fall and suffocate) until you inflict any damage on them. Even a bruised finger will cause immediate death then.

Also, [NERVOUS] link severage does not immobilize the victim. Right now it's fairly realistic in that it's not instant death, but it should cause complete and permanent paralysis, unless the part heals. There might be a problem with modded creatures that don't breathe or eat/drink, that will cause an adventurer to remain immobilized forever, unable to act, but I suppose such events can be avoided by modders with little effort.
