Yeah, definitely get a note or something from whoever diagnosed you and bring it to the schools attention. I am guessing you are in 10-11 grade right? So the school should have to help you. Just make sure when you go to university you make sure they know, they most likely have someone who's job is to deal with disabilities, so you should get everything you need from him.

Also, odd, I did not realize that Dysgraphia affected mathematics so much. My handwriting is poor, and the actual writing of words is very difficult, but I have never had issues with numbers. (other then the handwriting most likely stemming from disuse.)
