Windows Live Essentials - How the hell do I get rid of the agreement thing?

I accidentally clicked on the Windows Live Photo Gallery while opening some pics, and now this service agreement keeps popping up. I keep saying no, but it keeps appearing. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this thing?
