Tales of estates and boats
Written by: Aquos Frangranceflags

This tale i wrote on this parchment, with the blood of a recently deceased groundhog[note: Gotta try and mod in drawing reactions, heh] was written for the sake of fellow humble knights seeking housing out there in Armoks great world. It all began one day in the hamlet of Tradetangled, i was a former peasant, now setting out on the adventure, the adventure of estate hunting. I woke up one day in the side of a road, behind a house. Looking up at the sky, i tell you, dwarven plumb helmet wine, is strong stuff for a humble man like me, especially when the mentioned mushroom wine was from year 150.
I immediately entered the nearby house to find a beutiful woman, an architect. Maybe she could help me find my next abode? I asked for her service, she redirected me to this housing with the appealing name Tombdeaths the dust of Phantoms, i asked her for price and she said it was free. Tombdeaths was a short stroll to the west, so i left for this housing wich the dramatic, but appealing name. After a short walk to the north west, i found the location of this supposed housing, i searched around the place, i found no humble house, but instead a hatch leading into the earth, the alder hatch was very concealed, so robbers would not be a problem here. The ground was of mudstone, not a very strong item, so crafting materials, atleast rock would have to be gathered from another site. The maple tree's gave the area a very serene and appealing athmosphere. After inspecting the area, i opened the hatch and entered. The floor was of fire clay, wich gave it a luxurious red colour, i almost felt like a king upon entering. It was a long tunnel, but that only suited my tastes. And there she was, the former occupant, a widow, had not yet finished moving out of the lair. We had a short talk and then we had a little housewarming dance, but then she got very tired and lay down, to rest on the floor, she was an older lady after all. I let her sleep, and inspected my fresh humble abode. She had prepared honey bee for me, quite strange a thing to serve, but it tasted well. There was fine antique furniture, and no leftovers of past occupants as i have seen in other housings, wich was quite a releif. I inspect the furniture, among it was a nickle silver cauldron and a galena quern. It seemed like a fantastic abode and i could not understand why the former occupant, this eldery tree eyed lady even considered moving out. So i picked up the sleeping crone and took her back to Tradetangled, and i claimed my new residence. I was immediately registered in the occupied residence files.

Now i finally had myself a residence. And i could continue my adventures, knowing that i am no longer homeless.
