Title says it all. Easy things preferred, noodle or poultry related, but I'll take all comers. The stuff is tasty and firey, but I draw a blank on how to use other than slathering it on things after the fact. I just tossed some ramen with sriracha in a pan, and that wasn't bad. Any other ideas? (Like, Wings with Sriracha is my next meal.)

Put some cheese on a slice of bread on your sauce on it.
Works for me.

Sriracha is good on practically anything. I love that stuff. Eggs, soup, sandwiches, meats, anything that can take a little bit of sweet, garlicky hotness.
