Try using clubs. Baseball bats. Things that won't cause him to bleed out.

Oh, it's possible. You just need to be persistent, persuasive, or seductive.

Persistent: Bring an armed squad to the CEO's office. Disarm all of the Liberals without extremely high martial arts and beat the hell out of him until he is helpless and kidnap him. Beware, the CEO has a very high Anti-Juice rating, and can kill a souped up and armored Founder with one Desert Eagle shot if he gets lucky. If he isn't armed he has a psych attack, which is arguably more dangerous. This probably will take a few tries. Then, begin the standard Enlightenment procedure, and make sure to have someone with really high Psychology to convert him. Optimally, you will get it done before anyone notices he is gone.

Persuasive: Really high Persuasion, set up a meeting, standard conversion.

Seductive: Really high Seduction, datenap, Enlightenment.
