Stuff never being hauled to stockpiles

While remaking my base entrance, I took apart some weapon traps. Now, a month later, the big "iron axe blades" are still there, waiting to be carried off. I have stockpiles with room to spare for weapons/trap components, I have 22 idle people with furniture hauling enabled, and I have a bunch of spears and stuff lying around my base. Why?
