Core10, OO CODE UPDATE, Completed: Update all of the major code objects to C++

2 questions:
what were u programming DF in before this?
did you release any versions before this, if so, which ones?

(hint to real answer, toad's classes are all named somethingst, where the st is reverse hungarian for 'struct')

Looking at the dev_now.html, the update entries happen from Nov 2005 to Mar 2006.  It was more C-ish before this.
