Look at the save games. Provided you're using yearly or seasonal backup find the first one and see the year, and then see the current year from z.

Basic maths.

Or you can look at your engravings. Engravings of the founding of the fortress will state what year the fort was founded.

Basic maths.

beat me to it... depictions of the fortress' founding is usually the most common artwork, i've found.

If you can't remember when you founded your fortress, you can check in legends - copy game save, open copy, abandon, go into legends to the latest fort. From that, use your current fort time to figure it out.
