Some Entity Changes

First, limiting professions.  Right now all removing allowed professions from the entity file does is stops you from training the skill in embark.  After embark, those professions and jobs can be assigned manually.

Second, adding all standard buildings as [PERMITTED_BUILDING:<whatever>].  This will give alot more range and dynamics to player modded races and alot more flavor.
