Taricus and Haika wins the lottery. Ukrainian Ranger and SHADOWdump does not. Sunlight to Matter Converter has been patented. My file that keeps the game information is 14kb large. The numbers of maps I've done to date are upwards 30. It takes me about one hour to update game info and additional 2.5h for the pictures. I feel like I've missed something. Pre-Post: Found it, but I'm not going to change it now, later unless Ranger don't mind that the Fast Scout and Combat Scout are outside the planetary system.

Lightweight Hull: Hull based on speed rather than protection. Costs 800r
Level 1: 1hp, 1250 speed
Level 2: 1hp, 1500 speed

Basic Energy Shield: Adds a regenerative layer of protection. Costs 1500r
Level 1: 2 shield each, 1 shield regeneration turn each

Stealth Plating: Hides the ship from prying eyes. Costs 1200r
Level 1: 1hp, stealth within one hex
Level 2: 2hp, stealth within two hexes

Railgun, Ship Version: Deploy a Railgun(item) to propel ships or asteroids within a hex. Objects in the path may be damaged/destroyed. Does not take any ship slots and several in a line can make travel very fast. Costs 5000r
Level 1: Object will travel for 5 hexes in a relative straight line. Debris propelled this way do 5hp:1dmg.

Improved Mining: Allows a ship to generate more resources when mining asteroids. Passive
Level 1: Generate an additional 20% resources when mining asteroids.
Level 2: Generate an additional 40% resources when mining asteroids, replaces level 1.
Level 3: Generate an additional 60% resources when mining asteroids, replaces level 2.
Level 4: Generate an additional 80% resources when mining asteroids, replaces level 3.

Tractor Beam: With the Tractor Beam you are now able to move/repel objects. Obvious applications are pulling/stalling fleeing ships. What?! Flinging asteroids? That's what this was made for. Costs 2000r
Level 1: Pulls/repels an object one hex per Tractor Beam installed. 'Pull' and 'Repel' negate/add 250 speed to object.

Armored Hull: Much more durable than the standard hull at the cost of speed. Costs 1800r
Level 1: 3hp, 950 speed
Level 2: 6hp, 900 speed
Level 3: 9hp, 800 speed

Basic Extraction Module: Allows a spacecraft to extract spacedust. Costs 1000r
Level 1: One extraction action. Starting tech.
Level 2: Two extraction actions.
Level 3: Three extraction actions.

Cheaper Hulls: By utilizing other types of material when manufacturing a hull, costs can be greatly reduced without compromizing integrity of the hull. Passive
Level 1: 10% cheaper prize on all hulls.

Caravan: Ground installation. Each planet can create trade routes to generate income depending on distance traveled between two destinations. One per planet only. Costs 4000r, generates 20r per hex in a planetary system, double in main map.
Level 1: Each planet can create one trade route.
Level 2: Each planet can create two trade routes.
Level 3: Each planet can create three trade routes.
Level 4: Each planet can create four trade routes.

Resource Processing: A ground installation that acts as a resource bank. Pays out a fraction of the resources you have at the end of a turn. Only one Processing allowed per colonized planet, multiple processing increasing the gains per building. Costs 3500r
Level 1: An additional 5% recources at end of turn.

Advanced construction methods: With new ways of construction it wouldn't be strange if someone would happen upon a way to reduce costs. Too bad you have to get the approval from the goverment. Passive
Level 1: Reduce the cost of everything by 5%.

Dear Players/Watchers,

It is with great regret that I have to bear sad news. As of today I, KineseN, will put FRSC TBS III on indefinite hold as I've come to understand that my way of organizing data is horrible. Once I have it done in a better way I will hopefully return and do every turn faster. I can't promise you that it will be anytime soon as I can't keep promises at all.

Well it was fun while it lasted. These type of games tend to put way to much strain on the GM. I've ran a couple like this, and there comes a point that you as the GM go, why am I doing this again? Sadly, I don't really know a good way of getting around the work, and thus many of these games die before they get too far.
