Yes, it is.


It's two dwarves arguing about a flooded fortress, finding carp behind furniture, but at least the ale was safe.

Yes, old news sadly.  It is indeed a shout-out to Dwarf Fortress.  DF is apparently pretty popular with game developers and industry insiders, even if it's on the fringes with the general public.
