((OOC: PremierMeridian/My character is a female as well...))

Reyhana wasn't so sure the man was being totally honest with with her...it could be a trap.

Since she didn't like the thought of her bones baking under the Martian sun, Reyhana  decided to press him for information.

"Where exactly can I find your friend? And what can I get paid when I come back? I'm sort of new here, but I'm not working for charity..."

She sat down in the chair across from him, paitently waiting for his answer.

Action: Ask the eccentric man the questions above

Tehan drifts off and stares into space

Sami heads off down the road looking for work, there doesn't seem to be many jobs about as the mines have closed and other local industries collapsed. She looks around and notices the complete desolation of the town, she heads down the road and comes to a small inn, The Rasseljack's Welcome, and decides to head inside.

Reyhana continues to quiz the old man. "Where EXACTLY can I find your friend?"

"Well I don't rightly know, else I'd needn't worry. Try checking his home up along the Mountain Path, it might give you some clues about his whereabouts"

"And... how much will I be paid?" She demanded.

"I will pay you â100 if you find him alive and well or just â50 if he is dead" He replies, seemingly quite serious

Reyhana reluctantly agrees. If he were some sort of disreputable sort, he would have offered more money to lure her into a trap. That's what she hoped, anyway. She nodded to the man, then walked out to the Stallion.

She instinctively rubbed the horses nose, and offered him a sugar cube-things she usually kept somewhere on her person, for such occasions. It seemed happy. The horse wasn't exactly mistreated, but it wasn't being well taken care of either.

Take a ride up the mountain path-I'm in no hurry, so take it slow and keep a lookout for danger.
