Minotaurs don't have the [GRAZER] tag, so no need to pasture them.

However, if you tamed them somehow, the fact that they are intelligent will mean they need to eat and drink, and will die without access to food and water.

so add no_eat and no_drink and see what happens!

also, minotaurs do breed in worldgen, so in theory, they should in fort mode.

I caught bonobos and the females were apparently preggers and gave birth in the cages before I'd ever considered taming the fuckers.
