Question about fighting skill
« on: February 13, 2012, 11:40:58 pm »

The title may be misleading, but I recently read on the wiki that in earlier versions such as 40d, a person with good punching skill would be able to explode a horse by punching it. If so, then could anyone do this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOMP58-DILA?

That would sum up what it looks like when the average demi-god adventurer walks into a town built on top of a shrine and underneath the HFS in the middle of a dozen bandit camps. Sadly god like punching is now only achievable with god like power.

I think modding or bronze colossus strength would suffice. Or just having super human strength and using a sufficiently lulzy weapon.

Starting out with superior strength then training that to its max, then go for a blunt weapon for impacting purposes.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.
