No trading for civs?

How do I disable trading for various civs so they don't send merchants to my fort?

You need to look for:

   [PROGRESS_TRIGGER_POPULATION:1]
   [PROGRESS_TRIGGER_PRODUCTION:1]
   [PROGRESS_TRIGGER_TRADE:0]

And comment them out. They're 'either or' so it's not just one of them you'd have to watch out for.
