The one occasion where it's likely to happen is enlightening a former LCS member (which I've been experimenting on). They usually have high heart and high wisdom (because they were converted) and will be reported missing almost instantly after kidnapping (because the game erroneously considers that they've been LCS prisoners for their whole membership). Then, it's all about the random roll. I'm trying to get my founder to become a sleeper by doing this!

More questions:

(A) When are trials? I want to get my liberals tried and found innocent to clear them of heat, but it seems to take ages for them to be tried.

(B) How much heat does hacking rack up compared to credit card fraud?

(C) Will my guitar squad eventually attract the cops if they keep playing guitar at conservatives?

The person supporting regenerating health, when asked why you can see when shot in the eye justified it as 'you put on an eyepatch'. When asked what happens when you are then shot in the other eye, he said that you put an eyepatch on that eye. When asked how you'd be able to see, he said that your first eye would have healed by then.

(A) At the start of each new month I think, so get arrested near month end.

(B) Not sure

(C) Probably not, but conservatives react very violently to peace songs.

It's a pain, and you might lose while at it, not to mention that you won't be able to recruit with your founder anymore. Basically, you need to do the following...

Start a Founder that has good stats for recruiting (bonus points for the job Political Activist because you can't get a sleeper Activist otherwise!). Recruit a follower. Follower must train psychology and raise juice past 100. Then, you must go on a raid with the Founder and the Follower, have Founder become Conservative, kidnap him and enlighten him, hoping that the 1/4 chance kicks in.

A few complications exist, though. Even if you hit a lone converter, his attacks will hit the Follower as well. Prep the Founder alone first so he's on the brink of Conversion already. The Founder will most likely run away right after conversion. To prevent this, he must be armed, but most weapons prevent kidnapping. Give him a gavel - that's the only weapon that does not prevent kidnapping. Then, you have to escape the safehouse with the Follower and Founder intact. Because of the bug I mentioned earlier, the Founder may escape the safehouse immediately (IIRC even the same turn!), so keep him restrained. The rest of the conversion is a walk in the park though, if you've got some psychology at least. But, you've got a 1/4 chance only, so you may wish to savescum.

Yes, I've done my research.

A. When your Liberal gets caught, at the end of the month (s)he gets transferred to the court house (or deported if illegal immigrant, or "cured" if brainwashed). At the end of the next month, they'll be tried. To shorten this, get caught near the end of the month.

B. Checked the source - roughly the same, unless there's some hidden kludge. However, hacking may be concealed by good rolls, unlike CCFraud (I think).

C. Guitar playing will cause alarms, and guitarists will be shot at or arrested for disturbing the peace.

More:

(1) Can I raise dodge skill by fighting random conservatives and dodging their punches, or do I have to roll into a gang hideout or something and let my guys get shot at willy nilly?

(2) Is "time" considered to pass while I am fighting (as in, if I fight the same guy long enough, will the SWAT suddenly pop up as surely as if I were just faffing about and waiting for their arrival)?

You can learn dodge by dodging punches up to a certain point, up until the point where you need to dodge weapons. I recommand going to the crack house at that since gang members have low weapon skills and agility (negative juice), unlike say, police. Given that dodge has no drawbacks (it may not work often against trained users, but it still doesn't gives you any penalties), it may be worth it in order to evade the random conservative who just spot you trying to rob the appartments with a ninja costume.
