Consider the following:
I essentially started the use of Countries At War on this forum, which got repeatedly improved since the first game.
The way I run CaW falls apart quickly.

Well, I wasn't actually aware of that fact, being as i joined at a later date than yours fell apart.

I might try it later, but I have to work on a system I also have to fiqure out if I want to run it.
