Go to palmia and start crashing the party quests. Don't bother playing them, just go around killing the beggars. They carry a bit more gp than one might think, and there is the chance that they drop the Beggars Pendant, which is awesome for a pianist.

Play some music in Derphy while killing as many bards as possible (They respawn and have a chance of dropping a very useful artifact) and get sum nukes! Or just kill crap. Also, if you started with a retarded cloth katana, sell it and get a better one.
