How to play custom music in GTAIV with steam?

I'm using Episodes of Livery City of that matters. With the normal games I could just put it in the music folder, but nowhere in my steam folder can I actually find anything that looks like a game.
Any help?

EDIT: Nevemrind, it's the same as normal >.<
I forget you put the music in a rockstar folder, and not in the folder where the game is installed
