Do you have a mod that adds castes (genesis)? Therapist won't recognize the genders of that castes and will generally mark the first one as male and the rest as female.

oh, and my Local Leader who has full royal everything, masterwork adamantine armor, an artifact platinum war hammer (Named PrideUnited, Made a thread for it earlier) and has 347 notable kills, most of which are male, is female. Goddamn feminists and there genocide of males...

If you're like me, you make your military only male dwarves to avoid speared baby syndrome. Also, if you're like me... your military tends to die, leading to a gender imbalance.

This plan is a bit flawed: Dwarves need a happy marriage to reproduce...you can safely draft lonely ugly dwarfettes, as they won't get a male and therefore babies anyway with this gender imbalance.

It's actually odd how selective dwarven spores are. They only seek out the dwarfs couple.

You have the perfect opportunity to start a eugenics fort. Simply select the 30 females with the best traits, and kill the rest (no one will weep over the unfit).

Technically true, as dwarves do not weep. They do however go into a berserk rage.
