Walking unconscious dog

I've got a wounded, unconscious dog that seems to be walking down a hallway (slowly)  Is he just regaining consciousness, taking a step, then konking out again? (No...  Not Thunderpaw.)

That sounds about right. He must be badly damaged if he can only manage a step before falling back unconscious.
