Arrow keys or the number pad to move around and attack. 'g' to pick things up. Shift+a to attack specific body sections. 'k' to talk. Shift+t to fast-travel. 'e' to eat or drink something (not currently needed in the current versions). 'f' to fire a (cross)bow, which takes ridiculously long to fire again. 't' to throw things, a lowly thrown fly could potentially kill a dragon in one shot, plus it's a HELL of a lot faster than firing stuff. 'x' to interact with two rocks you have in your hands or a dead non-intelligent monster corpse, more interactions are added with either the next release or certain mods (Genesis, Wanderer's Friend). 'l' to look around. These are some basic controls in adventure mode.

There's also the ingame help you get by hitting the ? key.
Which has the handy list of Adventure Mode Controls.

You forgot two MAJOR commands.

Shift+q = Quest list

While on the travel map (Shift+t) press M for a smaller, zoomed out view of your location, extremely important when moving over long distances.
