So i have an adventuer i really like..First one to kill a dragon. awhile back he lost a leg and i equiped a crutch with no problem..however he recently lost the foot on the other leg and can no longer stand..the nearest town is a long ways away, so the question being, if i go equip a second crutch, can he walk again, and still carry his axe? or should Retire him now so he can live out the rest of his days in peace? (hopefully)

You can have as many weapons, crutches, and shields as you want if you remove them from your inventory screen without dropping/putting away anything already in your hands. It just stacks up in your hands infinitely.
I'm not really certain about whether using more crutches will help the inability to stand, though.
