Will I ever get quests to kill previous adventurers who have attacked a town and will I ever get quests to kill people from another city?

i have been given quests to kill previous adventurers loads of times,
quests to kill people from another city, this is linked in with wars.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.
