stone pots are too easy

Actually stone pots are exactly as "easy" as wood barrels.

Both require a dwarf with the appropriate skill, a workshop, and 1 unit of raw material.

Stone pots are too easy? It is a bloody food container, NOT being able to make it out of stone was a bug IMO.

Also in regards to wood shortages, you need a tree farm. The surface alone is an insufficient supply of wood unless you're in a forest biome. Stone pots take a hell of a lot out of the demand for wood though.
