Plaster was fixed in a recent update (.25 was it?) allowing doctors to accurately use buckets and casts.

I can verify all of the above, plaster casts works and eventually fall off. Traction works too, but if you knock someone out of traction, or they go mad in traction there is oddness. When a cave-in got someone out of traction they just stayed on the floor. Still got treatment though.
