Manager from beyond the grave!

My manager got caught in a flood and drowned, the idiot. However, I can still access the manager screen and put in orders, which are carried out. Should this happen?

I think you can still access the stocks screen after you bookkeeper dies too.  There are numerous problems...  I think I just did something dumb somewhere, since it does keep track of the noble life/death stuffs.
