Scrolling newspaper down?

When i get these newspaper article events the text is often unfinished and supposed to continue down the way below lcs tiny window. So i wonder if there is a way to scroll down or the newspapers are just the way they're meant to be?

Just the way they're meant to be, I assume.

ON THE OTHER HAND, if we had more material, those newspapers could have several pages of content generated according to current political situation. They could include damage estimates from your raid a few days ago and such. Would take some work though.

Raid information might be cut off for space (especially if a two line headline is used), but the major articles have no more content than what is shown.
