tileset req: dinos
« on: June 08, 2007, 01:34:00 pm »

As I have the artistic abilities of an epileptic chimpanzee, I thought I'd put this request out there. Anybody feel like making dinosaur tiles? T-rex, stegos, triceratops, raptors. You get the idea. Anybody up for it?

Some industrious players have added dinos of their own creation into the game.

People ride those things?  No way, not even humans are that insane!

I think it's more along the lines of whether it's "possible" moreso than along the lines of whether it's "sane".

I could ride a rhino, for instance.  I just wouldn't live very long. ;-)

(Interesting factoid: most people believe the triceratopses charged like a rhino due to their similar head adornment.  In actuality, rhinos and trikes have little in common, and some paleontologists believe that trikes actually used their head adornment more like a waving spiky shield, with their legs being built to allow them to turn on a dime at a moment's notice to be able to guard themselves on any side from a sudden attack.)
