More of an annoyance than a bug, but I just had a mason who doubles as my animal trainer attempt to build a wall, but the roving army of war dogs he had following him decided to stop in a large group around him and proceeded to stand on the square where the wall was being built, keeping the mason from completing the wall until he finally gave up and went to get a drink.
