Riddle me this.

So I found this old card today. I remember having more of them, but I don't know where they came from or what they're called. The only company I could find was in the lower left corner of the front of the card. '(copyright) 1995 US games' To me, it looks like a cheap ripoff of M:TG.

Sorry for the low quality and darkness of the picture, and I'm holding the card sideways. It's a 'W' and the back is very shiny gold-like. When I did a quick search of google, however, I couldn't get any lead to what this card is from. Any of you guys know?
