((All right then.))

"Fucking Scottish!" Simmura muttered some more under his breath, probably using more profanity. "Need a fucking drink." He returned to the table to retrieve his beer, muttered some more and emptied it. "Bartender still here? Or did the fucking psycho knife him too?"

((As my personal text says, and as you can guess from the fact that I'm posting again, I'm back from the camp but I'm feeling a bit too tired to do any RP at the moment))

((At this point in time, everyone should declare what kind of contact information / awareness the city has of your character. Archangel, did you leave any way for your employer to get a hold of you?))

((Angel has a brand new, very cheap mobile, the number of which he left with his employer. He has been in the city only a few days, juuust long enough to get his bearings))

[Hubris Incalculable]

((Samuel moved out here for college, and, for the time being, is intending to stay if he can find work. He has a few local friends, and is a regular at the firing range. He has a small ground floor apartment, and a cell-phone. Also, how 'bout them Canucks?))

"Dude," Samuel says to Johnny. "I think you'd better learn to apologize. Apology accepted, for now. But please stay out of my sight for at least the next week, or I may have to do some rifle practice."

[Archangel]

Meanwhile, outside a shady bar on the other side of town...
Archangel walks out of the bar and starts walking back to his hotel. As he passes a parked police car, he hears from its radio, "...getting reports of a disturbance. A white male with a knife, threatening someone in a bar, the, uh..."

I'm glad I'm not having to deal with that... Damn, should've asked for directions to Adams' Pub too. Ah well, I'll just grab my kit and head over to the Forecastle.

((Strife, have you set a name for the bar Angel has just left, the man who just hired him, and the bar that the other PCs are in?))

((The shady bar is called the "The Box" (they're a bit of a hangout for local hockey fans), while the bar that everyone is currently at is the Sidestreet. The next bar that is visited will be called Lastbar and it'll be an electronica type rave place.))

((Expect Simmura's curse density to increase when they get to the Lastbar, then.))

Amber smiles, walking out of the bar, singing, "I'm sure someone has probably called the cops, and that we should leaveeeee."

Simmura sighs. "Son of a bitch. All right, if ye follow us again, I'm gonna do horrific things tae ye. I'm gonna tie ye up, stuff ye in a box an' ship ye tae Glasgow. Fer now though, I'm offski." He left in a rapid fashion, not really wanting to talk to the police.

[Little]

((As long as all plot pieces are rolled up?))

Amber grins, "I heard there's a cool club and bar thingie a fair walk from here. This girl gave me the address when I traded her some fun for some beer."

[Archangel]

In a hotel in another part of town...
Angel finishes putting his Kevlar vest on his otherwise bare chest and looks out the window. Hmm. It's getting dark. Fuck it, I'll go get a drink and start work tomorrow. What was that dance place i saw on my recce called? Oh yeah, Lastbar. I guess I'll go there. He looks down at the vest. Meh. Not much point taking it off now.

He puts on his T-shirt and leather jacket, makes sure his combat knife is concealed but easily accessible, then puts most of his money somewhere safe and leaves the room, locking the door behind him. As he walks down the hall, he passes the only other guest with a room on this floor, a rich, slimy prick that Angel suspected was rather involved in the local drug trade in addition to his mid level job in some multinational or other. The man offers an insincerely friendly greeting to which Angel responds with the finger. Angel gives the receptionist a nod and a smile as he passes, then steps out onto the street.

"How many fucking pubs am I going to be visiting tonight? I just want a quiet fucking drink. Is that too much to fucking ask?"

[Little]

"Hopefully, a lot of pubs! This place isn't really a pub in the traditional sense, I think. The girl I got it off of was more fun than that."

[Simmura McCrea]

"Oh god, it's a fucking club, isn't it?"

[Little]

Amber grins, "I think it might be."
