Changing Starting Dwarf Values
« on: May 31, 2011, 12:04:20 pm »

Hi there!

I'm starting a huge fortress project and to make starting a little easier I'd like to know if it is possible to mod the skills and points your starting dwarves begin with.

I'd like to make all my starting dwarves have 10 in all skills and points be 9999 or something similar.

Thanks

Starting dwarves?  Runesmith can alter them after you begin, just set your embark points to 9999 and don't assign skills, then change them.

Alternatively, mod dwarves to have NATURAL_SKILL:10 in each skill and all dwarves you get will be the same.

Or just change the advanced world perameters to allow for more points.

==OldGenesis mod== by Deon & TomiTapio. Five wood classes, four leather classes. Nine enemy civs. So much fine-tuning.
