Yeah, I haven't played it today, I think I'm going to wait for the open beta.  I've gotten my class pretty figured out and I don't want to spend too much time on a character who's just gonna get deleted.

Yeah, it's worth it.  Right now the item shop doesn't even work, and it looks like a lot of the item shop stuff can be obtained outside of the item shop, but with some difficulty.

They spent 12 million USD on this game, that's the biggest budget Russia's game industry's ever seen.  It shows, too.

Ok, so, just started this gem of a game now that I have a bit of time for an mmo and don't wanna pay anything for it. I literally picked this game randomly from a large list of f2p games..not sure if this is f2win or not..I am only lvl 8. Well, wondering if anyone is still playing this, I think it is pretty cool for what it is. I am on the 'North American', though lots of people from all over the world play on it, server called Nezeb. My character is an orc warrior named Psychotropics

Definitely pay to win.

If you're not willing to dole out about $13k at the end game, you're never going to be a top player. You should be expecting to pay $500 at end game to be able to do raids etc.

That seems ridiculous, well at any rate there is always lower level stuff to play around with..leveling is slow as hell, so if anyone wants to check it out let me know. The shit part is that pvp doesnt start untill lvl 20 something

You make too much drama, only a few players pay real money to play it. Many people enjoy the game as it is, so there is a possibility for fun PvP.

My opinion haven't changed (since the post #2), but the game greatly improved since then. Buying your own astral ship and fighting other ships is really fun (for those who can grind enough to get it ).

That argument starts up in /zone chat all the time.  All MMOs have essentially the same gameplay, barring games like EVE online, so I don't see why being similar to a popular MMO is a deal-breaking flaw.

EvE does not feature unique gameplay afaik, you grind mobs, you sell trash-loot, you grind for rep with NPCs, you run instances and you PvP. And you all take turns hitting eachother until one of you falls over. edit: The only difference is that you are doing so with rail guns and missiles rather than axes and arrows but that's just graphics. - The unique feature would be the unregulated player economy but its not the only game to have that.

Now, PLANETSIDE had different gameplay, but no economy whatsoever, and no updates either, so is more or less dead in the water. If only they'd implemented hats...

Allods looks nice, but I wouldn't know, WoWs pointless tedium (followed by EvEs even more tedious grind) has kind of burnt me on all and any MMOs so I really don't have anything of note or validity to say...

Hey deon what are you playing or have you played? I messed around with several classes and am not committed to any yet. Though the warrior is doing good dps so far..at lvl 10.
