Noble demanding Pig Iron items

Ok, had a noble demand I make 3 pig iron items... except that pillars don't count, and the only thing you can make out of pig iron is steel (which I'm not sure would satisfy the mandate)

Either steel or pig iron bars. I'm not sure which. I'd guess pig iron bars, actually, as you actually have to make something that's made of the requested material type, not from.
