Oh God. They finally did it. (Forum Role Play.)

(This is inspired by this thread. Please, don't think I am original.  Anyway, a nuclear war with an unknown enemy (Just imply the enemy, referring to them as "Those bastards!" or other lovely nicknames) leading to a destruction of the entire world. What little wasn't bombed is now filled with radiation. Now, please, no mutants or mutations. That is just kinda silly.)

Well...This is completely unexpected.

Those bastards finally did it. They sent missiles in every direction. What remained is still soaked with radiation. I cannot believe this is happening.

How are you guys dealing with it?

God... Only been a day and there are already raiders. I did find a gunshop (thankfully the bomb in Minnesota hit somewhere in the farmland, so no radiation here yet), so I drove them off. They'll be back. Almost everyone evacuated before the bomb. To a bunker complex. In the farmlands. Apparently they knew about the bunkers. So, yeah.

Sitting on my base, cut off from everything else. Happy to still have internet. No action from the enemy at the moment, but the COB got wiped out. The company isn't really sure what to do, as far as I can tell, but we're pulling extra guard duty.

In my cellar, with lots and lots of food, wood, gas, and other useful supplies. And a corpse.

Some guy came in with a pistol, so I hit him to the head with an axe. The blunt side.

He died anyway. I feel terrible now.
