Aruba advice needed
« on: May 12, 2011, 12:26:18 pm »

I'm going to Aruba for 8 days in June and am looking for some ideas from people who have been. There is plenty of information on the internet but I like personal recommendations much more. Any general or specific advice is much appreciated, thanks!

My advice is to watch out for this guy:-

If you see him, hide your girlfriend.

I've never been to Aruba, though, so for genuine advice I'm screwed.

Nice! I'm pretty happy that other than this event it is one of the safest destinations in the western hemmisphere. It will be nice to be on a deserted island for a week while still being just a 5 mile flight from home. Wondering if I should visit Venezuela while I am there, since it's 5 miles away. I've been to three other South American nations, but never Venezuela. hmmmm

Don't worry, we got his ass for 30 more years. Hopefully.

Let's just say that if the first guy you meet at the airport is named Pablo, you may be in trouble.
