Well, imaginary reader of this post who audibly exclaims things at their computer monitor in the assumption that the intended recipient will hear you, it's quite simple really. It's a song about a dude who wants to be a hero so badly that he convinces himself, Don Quixote style, that he is, in fact, some magical destined hero.
Actually...I can't explain it. But it fits. I am a hero in a dream, it is me.

This song will always be awesome, and near and dear to my heart.  The game itself isn't all that great, and the song itself kinda drags over the last half (see the full version), but it represents a lot of great things for me.  Especially if you read the actual lyrics.  Yep, it's a song about The Great Society versus Trickle-Down Economics, go fig.

I can relate to this song. I recently moved, and making friends is HARD. Especially when you are going to a public school for the first time in 5 years. So yeah, depressing songs. Horrah.
(The song does get cheerful near the half-way-to-end point, so that's a good thing. Keep following the song for happiness or something like that?)
