Noble: Forced administrator??

What is the Forced Administrator Noble supposed to do? it's mentioned in the wiki in the nobles list but there's no page about it...


by googling the forums all i got, was two mentions here and here

My best guess is it's for legends and adventures modes only.

I think it's legends only.

They're for conquered cities, like was said.
