Body Part Covering Others

Can anyone talk me through getting a body part to cover another, shell style, so if it's attacked and the attack breaks through the material it will hit the body part it's over? I've heard it's possible with all the AROUND stuff and if you try to attack what's under you hit what's on top? I'm trying a creature which has all sorts of overlocking parts and such which for various reasons won't/can't/I don't want to work as a tissue and want the parts to be targetted.

I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

1)([OBJECT:BODY]) To cover bodyparts covered part shouldn't be closer to upperbody then covering part.
So if eye is attached to head and head attached to body, then 'sunglasses' part should be connected to head or body, but not eye. 'Bone helm' shold be connected to body, not to head or eye. etc.

2)([OBJECT:BODY_DETAIL_PLAN]) Then add in detail plan something like this:
[BP_RELATION:BY_TOKEN:SUNGLASSES:AROUND:BY_CATEGORY:EYE:100]
to get protection for eyes

3)then just add something like
[BODY:HUMANOID:2EYES:SUNGLASSEZ:2EARS:NOSE:2LUNGS:HEART:GUTS:ORGANS:HUMANOID_JOINTS:THROAT:NECK:SPINE:BRAIN:SKULL:5FINGERS:5TOES:MOUTH:FACIAL_FEATURES:TEETH:RIBCAGE]
[BODY_DETAIL_PLAN:SUNGLASSEsss]
to creature file
