Do I need to add GET_MATERIAL_FROM_REAGENT at NONE because I need the weapon to be the same material as the other two swords

yes, because the none in a reagent makes it "take any" the none in the product makes it "something unknown" and thus the reaction might bug away

the only problem is you can only take the material product from one of the reagents. not sure if get_material tokkens also work for reagents, would be worth a try?
