When the lever opens the floodgates, the flood goes as usual.  When the floodgates close, the anti-flood goes fine until it reaches the open door with the stone in it, then it starts to go all wonky and never clears.  Opening/closing the floodgates again does not clear it either.

I have before and after saves (about 9MB each) if you would like me to e-mail them somewhere.

update:  I was able to get things working again by removing and then replacing the doors.  This cleared the piles of stone from the dorways, forcing the flood to stop outside.  So it appears to be something to do with either the stones blocking the doorways or some mysterious force on the square on the other side of the doors.

This is a known bug -- it relates to the doors most likely.
